01 Service Overview

Wild Thistle Moon LLC ("Wild Thistle Moon," "we," "us," or "our") operates Disruptor Copy, a social media copy generation platform accessible at dc.wildthistlemoon.com and disruptorcopy.wildthistlemoon.com (the "Service"). The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content across multiple platforms, and may enable users to publish content directly to connected social media accounts.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

03 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at christine@wildthistlemoon.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

04 Subscription and Payment

Fees

Certain features of the Service require payment of subscription fees. All fees are in U.S. Dollars. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Credits

Certain Service features are governed by a credit system. Credits are allocated per subscription tier and reset on your monthly billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit costs are displayed within the Service prior to use.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice provided via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

05 User Content

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create, generate, or publish using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Wild Thistle Moon LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

Wild Thistle Moon LLC does not claim ownership of your User Content and does not use your content to train AI models.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party platform to which you publish. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, and does not violate any applicable laws.

06 Connected Social Media Accounts

The Service may allow you to connect third-party social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to enable direct publishing. By connecting an account, you authorize Wild Thistle Moon LLC to post content to that account on your explicit instruction.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any connected social media platform. Wild Thistle Moon LLC is not responsible for any actions taken by those platforms, including account suspension or content removal.

Instagram connectivity requires a Business or Creator account. Facebook posting may require a connected Facebook Page. You may disconnect any social account at any time through your account settings.

07 Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party; post spam, deceptive content, or content that violates any platform's community guidelines; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of the Service; use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group; impersonate any person or entity; or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

08 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and all related materials, is owned by Wild Thistle Moon LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

09 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence. Wild Thistle Moon LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it. Wild Thistle Moon LLC is not liable for any claims arising from content you publish using the Service.

10 AI-Assisted Tools & Client Responsibility

Wild Thistle Moon may use AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process. Final deliverables are custom-developed for the Client's commercial use unless otherwise stated.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that final use of any deliverable complies with applicable platform policies, advertising standards, trademark law, and industry-specific requirements.

Wild Thistle Moon does not knowingly incorporate protected logos, copyrighted characters, celebrity likenesses, or third-party brand assets into deliverables without Client-provided authorization.

11 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's terms of service. Wild Thistle Moon LLC is not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these third-party services.

12 Modifications to the Service

13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at christine@wildthistlemoon.com.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wild Thistle Moon LLC, its owners, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action proceeding.
